With the management of the recipe book has created a bit of confusion about how to manage the transfer of the recipe on USB pen drive. I resumed the demonstration project of this Topic, and I added a page for managing both import / export and backup (Screenshot, Project download).
Backup Object: (Screenshot, Topic) Allows you to transfer the area of RW, RW_A, historical data (If data logging is active), events (If event logging is activated), recipe database (If present), etc ... to the pen drive, but it is not possible to restore them. By acting on the LW 9032-39 it is possible to set the path where to perform the backup, but the file name is predefined by the system and depends on the area involved in the backup (Example for the recipe the file will be called recipe.db).
Import / Export Object: (Screenshot) Allows you to transfer or read a recipe on a pen drive, you can define both the path to transfer and the file name. The recipe data file is saved in csv format.

A little tricky and slow but it works perfectly, and solves my request as the operator who does this does not have to struggle to understand. I just have to add one more way to prevent the operation without the key (especially the restore and here I gladly accept your suggestion) and then I would say that it is fine.
