Home > Forum > Controllers SlimLine e Netsyst (LogicLab) > Management of web pages on MPS054 and MPS051 systems
What are the differences in how to manage web pages between the two PLC systems mentioned?
In MPS054 based systems Cortex M7 has been implemented the FAT file system and this allowed many files to be written to the internal FLASH disk in the system. Thanks to the availability of space in the file system it was possible to load the Bootstrap CSS and JQuery Javascript allowing us to manage responsive web pages with all the ease of use given by JQuery.
In systems based on ARM 7 (Models MPS051 and MPS053) there is one of our proprietary file systems that allows you to have at most 64 files, so we have created much more lean and non-responsive pages.
Of course the management of the TAGS within the HTML page as indicated in this topic works in both systems, but I believe that to build user web pages it is preferable to use the technique described in this article, where thanks to the FB HTTPServer in my opinion, it can be used in all systems, making management much easier.
