Home > Forum > Controllers SlimLine e Netsyst (LogicLab) > Problems in the upgrade procedure
On a PCB135A110 I upgraded the firmware by downloading SLineOpSys.hex with Toolly using NullModem cable and CBL054A000 converter on COM0 port. Everything went well but two things happened:
The first, at the end of the upload, the usual window that asks for the execution of the program did not appear;
The second one that after the restart (jumper on LK9) the plc has only one light on (the one of the PWR) while the RDY and the RUN are off.
Consequently when I try to connect with LogicLab (via COM) the status of the PLC is ERROR and it is not possible to reach the PLC via ethernet. What can I do?
You tell me you moved LK9, so I understand that you didn't do the firmware upgrade procedure (article) For questa procedura non occorre spostare ponticelli, but that of upgrading the bootloader (article) procedure that at the present time was never necessary, only for questa procedura occorre spostare il ponticello.
Now to reset the function you must first perform the bootloader upgrade procedure and after that the firmware upgrade.
