    I use GW-DLMS-485-LG connected with two meters Landis+Gyr E570. We changed meters for new last week.

    Now we have problem with one of these (88806887), because after parametrization we had signals from both of meters but after about 4 hours we can observe error 11 on DLMS. We changed speed from provider side for 9600 and after this we had the same situation that after several hours we didn’t connection from meters 88806887.

    It looks for me that after some time one meter block connection with DLMS. The specialist from provider side says that we have identical parameters for booth of meters. Can you give me some tips or remote connection?

    The GW-DLMS-485-LG is based on a customized version of our SlimLine device, specifically designed for Marcom.

    It retains the same configuration and programming capabilities as the standard SlimLine models we offer. However, it includes several hardware modifications that were developed according to Marcom’s specific requirements.
