Home > Forum > Controllers SlimLine e Netsyst (LogicLab) > Information about bit shift operand
I would like to know if possible where I can find information on the use of SHL bit shift, perhaps with some programming examples.
All information on the operators defined within the LogicLab environment can be found on User Manual. In this case, the SHL operator help reports:
In practice, shifting a value to the left is equivalent to multiplying it by 2.
Good morning Mr. Bertana, I always have a question to ask you regarding the SHL operator, but after SHL has done its job how can I bring it back to the beginning of the count.
Maybe I wasn't clear, but thanks anyway if you can help me.
Greetings.
