Home > Forum > Operator terminals (Weintek) > Simulator operation error on PC
After several days of using the simulator on a PC, today a message appeared that prevents me from running the ON-line simulation command (Screenshot).
I don't seem to have changed settings, you have suggestions.
The appearance of the message “HMI system is being prohibited from accessing…” with the relative block of the simulator sometimes understood and not yet understood what is the reason, it may be that an installation of some new program or an update of the operating system has updated some library that generates the problem.
Most of the time, to solve it, it is sufficient to uninstall EasyBuilderPro and reinstall it, taking care to deactivate the firewall and the antivirus first, and when you start paying attention to what you click if you see the canonical pop up windows of consent etc… not to block the service.
When this problem appears it is useful to check that another simulator is not open or that it has not closed badly (in the active services check that some process such as com.exe or gui. Exe is not yet active).
I attach one for download Weintek FAQ related to the problem.
