I encounter difficulties in updating the firmware of a PLC SlimLIne, I would like to point out that I have already carried out the procedure other times without problems, but in this PLC I am unable to download the "Firmware.upl" file in the root of the PLC.
I tried several programs (Windows Explorer, Total Commander and Filezilla) but with negative results, as if the "disk" was write protected.
I enclose screenshot web page, do you have any suggestions?

Unfortunately that version of the operating system did not manage the FAT file system, so there were 3 predefined folders with a finite number of manageable files. The space for each file was predetermined, so it is definitely not possible to transfer the file Firmware.upl.
So the only way you can update it is by using serial port or USB update as indicated in this article.
The new operating system will use the FAT file system, so after the upgrade you will have to format the C: and D: disks (if present) with the loss of the data contained. So if you have sensitive data you need to save it before performing the upgrade.
After the update you may lose the IP address setting, use the procedure Discovery di Toolly to set the new address.
