Home > Forum > Controllers SlimLine e Netsyst (LogicLab) > Performing a factory reset due to loss of login credentials
Picking up some spare components I found a PLC MPS053A110, but I can't connect via ethernet, so I connected via serial but unfortunately with the default credentials I can't access and I don't know the credentials set on the system.
Is there a way to reset the module to default conditions without having to send it in for repair?
From serial it is possible to carry out the procedure reset catch which returns the system to the factory default condition by deleting all the data present, I refer you to the reading of the FAQ How to access the system without credentials.
If your system is not updated to the latest firmware version, I recommend updating it before carrying out the procedure.
