Home > Forum > Controllers SlimLine e Netsyst (LogicLab) > Problem on digital inputs
I would like to bring to your attention a problem that has arisen in our automation in recent days.
I use a PLC slimline MPS050 the corresponding LED on the DI0.2 PLC lights up instead the DI0.3 LED lights up and when the other sensor turns on the DI0.2 LED lights up.
I checked the connection of the sensor wires and it is correct.
You don't tell me if the system worked before and then the problem arose, or if it was a problem that arose when the system was started and the type of expansion module.
If the system worked before and now there is a problem, I really can't explain it...
If, however, it appeared at the first startup, as you put it, it seems to me to be a wiring problem, even if you say you checked it...
I can understand a contact between two inputs, but then two inputs with the same signal would light up. I can understand a faulty input, but in that case the input would not turn on but having the signals exchanged seems impossible to me as a fault.
