ATC-1000 show no options

I have an Ethernet-serial converter ATC-1000  and for some reason it doesn’t work now the hardware looks fine. But  when i open its web page it show no options except some menu items at left side, and most of its options are not shown

I think the firmware is corrupted. But i can’t update it because as i said most options in 192.168.2.1 page are not shown i tried to hard reset it using the white button in board But still have the same results how can i reflash it ? or reupload the firmware.

I have contacted the ATC about this problem and this is their answer:

We rarely encounter this situation, we can suggest to try a hardware reset. At present, there is no way to update the firmware of ATC-1000. It is a one-time burn chip. We now recommend our new ATC-1200 which is more powerful. It can customize the customer’s web interface logo and upgrade the firmware later.

Considering that you have already tried the hardware reset, probably there is no way to solve the problem. But consdering the limited cost of the ATC-1200 you can consider to substitute the converter.
